        Dalian Dingjin made toward to large, scale, and technical innovation development. It purchased 67000 square meters land in PUWAN new zone in 2008 to establish large dish heads production base, and 20000 square meters land finish construction until now. Dalian Dingjin Possessed 3 sets of spinning units, self-made DF10050 and DF 2220 as well as MD21/5030 made in Germany. It can form different shapes and specifications of dish heads with integral technology ranging from Φ325*Thk 8 to Φ10000*Thk50. Dingjin possesses 7 sets of hydraulic presses, 2 sets are of 1000 tonnage, 1 set is of 2000 tonnage, 1 set is of 8000 tonnage, 1 set is of 16000 tonnage which are dual action made by Dalian Dingjin. The rest 2000 tonnage and 630 tonnage dual action hydraulic presses were purchased in China. Dalian Dingjin possesses complete matching equipments, involving 7 sets of heat furnace, 28 sets of crane (The maximum lifting capacity is 100 tons). The dish heads made by integral hot stamping technology ranging from Φ89*Thk 20mm to Φ6000*Thk400mm; Meanwhile, the dish heads made by integral cold stamping technology ranging from Φ59*Thk14mm to Φ3000*Thk26mm. Dalian Dingjin can form spherical shell plates with nominal capacity ranging from 50m3 to 1000m3 in order to meet market requests for large pressure vessels.
